Anne Marie Duff

Anne-Marie Duff (born in England) is an English actress and narration. Duff's television debuts came in the late 90s when she completed her studies at Drama Centre London. Anne-Marie Duff, a British actress was born in Chiswick on the 8th of October, 1970. Anne-Marie Duff (born 8 October 1970) is an English screen and stage actress. Her first big role is Fiona Gallagher from the UK show Shameless in the series' initial two seasons. The Virgin Queen (2006) was her subsequent role. The actress also appeared as Queen Elizabeth I and the lead in From Darkness, a television show that premiered in the year the year 2015. Duff has had roles in films such as Enigma (2001) The Magdalene Sisters Notes from a Scandal (2006) French Film (2008) The Last Station and Nowhere Boy Before I Go to Sleep (2014) as well as Suffragette (2015). The roles she played of Shameless The Virgin Queen Nowhere Boy and Suffragette earned the BAFTA nominations for both the Best Actress and Best Supporting Actress categories. In addition, she was recognized with an award called the BAFTA Cymru Award for Best Actress due to her role in the TV film The History of Mr Polly. Anne-Marie Duff has been a popular award-winning English Actress who established herself on stages, on radio and in television. She gained mainstream attention for her roles as Fiona Gallagher on the British comedy drama TV show Shameless, and the role of Queen Elizabeth in The Virgin Queen. Anne-Marie is also a skilled stage actress with more than two decades experience on the stage. She has been involved in numerous productions in the Royal National Theatre.
